Does your car smell?

Does anyone ever think about their car's cabin air filter? Well for me it was a definite no. But after driving around for a few weeks thinking to myself that my truck has kind of a dirty smell, I started do some research. Everything I read said I probably just needed to change my cabin air filter. Who knew? So, I decided to reach out to a few mechanics, and they all wanted $80-90 for the job. After not knowing what this entailed, I decided to check out YouTube regarding my specific vehicle. I am glad I did. My vehicle only required removal of four screws and to pop off a cover, swap out the filter and replace the screws. SO EASY! With only about 10 minutes of my time invested I saved a total of around $65, and my truck’s smell has gone away. I call this a money victory!
