Hi my name is Walter and I am a 44 year old father of 3 living in Los Angeles county. I have been following personal finance blogs since the early 2000's and have always wanted to start one but have always came up with excuses on why I couldn't or shouldn't. The main reason why I'm doing this is to hold myself accountable and to hopefully help others along my journey. Like so many of you I have lived paycheck to paycheck most of my adult life , with a few periods of doing well only to see it evaporate over time.
